下周又是Dartmouth一年一度的 Graduate Appreciation Week，去年这个时候我去参加了 poster session，原本想今年不用去了，结果最后时刻老板还是要求我们去，咳咳，所以下周我还得去站台三个小时，希望这次能取悦评委，混个小奖啥的。今天在系邮箱里发现关于下周的小广告，这次还弄的挺搞笑的，帖在一片泡泡包装纸上，写着 ”How to Pop Bubble Wrap: Stress Relief – The Graduate Student Way“，呵呵，点下面的图看看上面写些啥吧。看俺们研究生是多无聊 @_@。
i quit my job. my thesis rejected by supervisor. had to stay in pku for half a yr more.feel relieved. could concentrate on my academic work now. sick of journalism shitty things now. would like to have a rest. i suddenly realised how i love to be a student. don’t tell me i’m an escapist…

I am still nervious. My supervisors just gave me so many papers to read!
Pig, the stress is double when you have two supervisors, but for me, I have three for my thesis. You see, the presentation and the publication of papers are already arranged for me! I don’t think you need the thanslation to understand the following message.

If you didn’t enjoy your job, then quitting is a wise decision. Staying in pku longer is still nice, I miss pku:( Maybe you should consider staying in academia, I can see you being a wonderful teacher:)

You are complaining a little too much. Having advisors caring about you and working hard is way better than having a bad advisor. After all, you are trying to get as more as possible from your phd study. I guess, you are kind of complaining AND showing off, hoho.
No, I was not showing off. I like struggling with every method that I can find, but at the same time complaining as much as I could. In that way, I can feel better:)
